We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule.
Interest Free Financing is a convenient way to finance dental treatment in our office. For payment plans eighteen months or less, our office pays all interest and fees, there are no added costs to our patients. Application is fast and easy. We offer interest free financing through CareCredit.
We are providers with Delta Dental Premier, Delta Dental PPO, Hawk-i, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Metlife, United Concordia and Guardian Insurances. As a courtesy we will submit all other insurances as well. We have a very informative brochure available in our office, that explains dental insurance basics very well.
Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. Due to our heavy patient demand, after two failed appointments without adequate notice, patients that do not give us 24 hours notice will be dismissed.
