Dr. Sokolik grew up in Mount Prospect, IL; a Chicago suburb. Dr. Sokolik received
his DMD from Southern Illinois University-School of Dental Medicine in 2013. After
practicing in the Chicago area for the past 9 years Dr. Sokolik yearned to relocate to
smaller community to escape the hustle and bustle. Dr. Sokolik’s father is originally
from Fort Madison. Visiting his grandparents, Bernice and Jerome, in Fort Madison
was always a fond childhood memory to Dr. Sokolik. When deciding on a place to
relocate to, SE Iowa felt like a good choice. Dr. Sokolik and family love the area; he,
his wife Michelle and two children could not be more excited about the move to
Keokuk, and returning to his family roots!
He wants to provide a dental home that is meant to fit the lives and values of his
patients. Providing care to the satisfaction, expectation, and comfort of every patient
is a value shared by Dr. Sokolik and his team. He has completed hundreds of
hours of continuing education in the disciplines of oral surgery, endodontics, and
prosthodontics. His experience and dedication to being a life-long learner gives Dr.
Sokolik the knowledge and expertise to provide quality dental care.
Dr. Sokolik is a people person and values time spent with friends and family. He
loves spending time with his large family, with his wife Michelle, daughter Riley and
son Jake. Dr. Sokolik is an avid hunter and outdoorsman who really enjoys getting
out in nature.
